I build open-source ML systems for satellite-based environmental monitoring, healthcare AI, NLP-driven behavioral research, and GPU-accelerated video enhancement. My work spans time-series modeling, probabilistic inference, and full-stack system design.

I founded Flare Review, a global nonprofit video editing competition for ages 13-17, and built Flare, a modular AI video enhancement platform. I also maintain a policy archive documenting regulatory failures and submitting reform proposals to oversight bodies.

Modular video enhancement system integrating 100+ AI models across 19 categories (Real-ESRGAN, GFPGAN, RIFE, BasicVSR++, Whisper, SAM2). Features "Omni Engine" that performs 300-frame statistical analysis to automatically select and weight models based on scene characteristics.
